| Abstract: | This article evaluates the Brazilian regulatory agencies, based on the analysis of those responsible for the regulation of the telecommunications, electrical and oil sectors. The objective of this evaluation is to reflect on and perfect the performance of these agencies, from which we hope to have learnt lessons in order to avoid problems in the sectors whose regulatory framework is still under construction. |
