|Abstract:||The case portrays the situation of a Specialist in Public Policies and Government Management (EPPGG), newly appointed, without experience in the public sector, for the position of coordinator in a ministry. He will manage a team responsible for following up on projects on a national level that present low results. The staff is heterogeneous in terms of training, employment status and wages, and presents points of conflict. After evaluating the situation, the coordinator presents suggestions of actions to his superiors aiming to improve the performance of the team.|
